Viagra, Sildenafil, and Tadalafil tablets are all PDE5 inhibitors. They are all PDE5 inhibitors which means they help to dilate blood vessels and allow more blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited.
The product also contains two additional active ingredients, a white dye in the product and a preservative (bromelain).

Viagra (sildenafil) is used to treat erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to get or keep an erection for satisfactory sexual activity in men, also known as impotence.
